Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of receipt of the total payment.

No matter where you are in the world, you can submit diamond, coloured stones, jewellery and pearls directly to WGI laboratory and be assured of consistent quality and service.

How you submit

Please fill out the WGI form with all the information needed and include it in your parcel. It is mandatory to sign this form.

Please email us the form so that we are informed about your mailing as well.

Prior to shipping goods to our laboratory, kindly inform us by email about the intended number of stones being submitted for testing. Include an itemized list indicating their weights and wholesale prices. Please include any special instructions, e.g if the return –shipment address or the shipping information differ from the inbound shipment.
